Sr. Maryam completed the Alim program from Darul Uloom Al Madania, Buffalo New York in 2009 and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management in Health Services from University of Maryland, Global Campus. She firmly believes that the best way to teach Islam to our children is by instilling the love of Allah in their hearts and answering all of their “why” questions , not ignoring them. She emphasises on helping children understand the religion and beliefs rather than just expecting them to listen and follow.  In her free time, Sr. Maryam enjoys reading and testing new recipes.
