Sr. Khadija Rahman has over 25 years of experience as a teacher/facilitator at primary, secondary, and post-secondary levels. At Al-Rahmah she is working with administrators, teachers, and students to help facilitate students’ academic growth and achievement; promoting the integration of technology through computer-assisted language learning (CALL). Before joining the Al-Rahman team, Sr. Khadija conducted extensive research on students with word-level reading difficulty (WLRD) and dyslexia. During her professional research, she was able to screen students with learning difficulties and help create an intervention plan tailored to their special needs. She was also trained to become a certified WIDA Access for ELLs administrator.  Alhamdulillah, Sr. Khadija holds her Master of Science in Education (M.S. Ed.) from Indiana University Bloomington, Indiana, and is currently a doctorate student in education. She is continuing her professional research on the best methods of coaching teachers to build their proficiency and efficacy in both their instructional practices and learner outcomes.
